The caretaking side of the business involves cleaning as well as reporting any property maintenance that may arise which could include stained carpets, broken windows, residents not adhering to property rules, oil stains in the carparks, etc.
Once these have been identified and approved by the BC a work order is issued to the Vendor who generally uses subcontractors to do the work.
